Refund Policies for Conferences:

Refund or Cancellation Policies are strictly followed and all cancellations must be made through Email.

• Before 8 months: Eligible for Full Refund but will deduct € 200 as a Service Fee.
• Before 5 months: Eligible for 50% Refund.
• Before 3 months: No Refund.

The Registrations with Discounted Prices are transferable but not Refundable.

Refund Policies for Webinars:

Refund or Cancellation Policies are strictly followed and all cancellations must be made through Email.

• Before 60 days of the Webinar: Eligible for a full refund but will deduct €100 as a service fee towards the Webinar.
• Before 45 days of the Webinar: Eligible for a 50% Refund.
• Before 30 days of the Webinar: Not eligible for a Refund.

The Registrations with Discounted Prices are transferable but not Refundable.
