Your registration fee includes:

• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks on all conference days.
• Lunch on all conference days.
• Certificate of Presentation (for presenters) or Certificate of Participation.

Virtual Participants:

The virtual registration category enables participants to attend and present remotely without traveling to the conference venue.

Your registration fee includes:

• Online access to all live virtual conference sessions and presentations.
• Opportunity to present research virtually through the conference platform.
• Access to the electronic Abstract Book and Conference Program.
• Digital Certificate of Presentation (for presenters) or Certificate of Participation.
• Access to recorded sessions (if made available by the organizers).
• Participation in virtual networking and discussion sessions.

Important Notes:

• All participants must complete the registration process before the registration deadline.
• Certificates will be issued only to registered participants who attend or present during the conference.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the conference program.
• Registration fees are non-transferable unless approved by the conference organizers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

• On or before January 15, 2027: Participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee, less a €200 administrative processing fee.
• From January 15, 2027 to February 27, 2027: Participants will receive a 50% Refund of the registration fee.
• After February 28, 2027: Registration fees are “Non-Refundable”.

Discounted Registrations

Registrations made under discounted, promotional, early-bird, student, group, or special-rate categories are transferable to another participant from the same organization but are non-refundable under any circumstances.
