If payment was not done before the Conference Dates, You have to do the Registration on site at the desk.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Early Bird Registration:<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>To opt for \u201cEarly Bird Registration\u201d Registration has to be done before the deadline date listed on the Website.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Registration Includes:<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>For In-Person Participants:<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>\u2022 Access Entry to all Conference Sessions, Posters, Workshops &amp; Exhibition Areas.<br \/>\u2022 Conference Kit includes Conference Book, Scientific Program &amp; ID card with your Name Tag.<br \/>\u2022 2 Coffee Breaks &amp; Lunch for the Conference Days.<br \/>\u2022 Certificate Appreciation by our Chair.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>For Virtual Participants:<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>\u2022 Access to all Presentations<br \/>\u2022 E-Abstract Book &amp; Scientific Program<br \/>\u2022 E-Certificate for Presentation or Participation<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Cancellations or Refund Policy:<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>If you can\u2019t attend the Webinar.<\/p><p>\u2022 Before 60 days of the Webinar: Eligible for a full refund but will deduct \u20ac100 as a service fee towards the Webinar.<br \/>\u2022 Before 45 days of the Webinar: Eligible for a 50% Refund.<br \/>\u2022 Before 30 days of the Webinar: Not eligible for a Refund.<br \/>\u2022 Discounted Registrations are not refundable.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Visa Information:<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.<br \/>HK Conferences will not directly contact embassies on behalf of visa applicants. All Speaker\/Delegates should apply for Business Visa only.<\/p><p>Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of HK Conferences, including the inability to obtain a visa.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Registration Information:<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Registration Information will be sent to registered Speakers\/Delegates by email. If not received please contact us by email to (director@hkconferences.com)<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Cancellation\/ Postponement of Event:<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>HK Conferences has the right to make alterations to the Conference Program, Venue and Timings. If the Conference\/Webinar has been cancelled by HK Conferences a full refund will be made.
