Registration:

Registrations have to be paid in Full before the Conference/Webinar dates. Payment Receipt will be sent for Email within 24-48 hours. If payment was not done before the Conference Dates, You have to do the Registration on site at the desk.

Early Bird Registration:

To opt for “Early Bird Registration” Registration has to be done before the deadline date listed on the Website.

• Conference Kit includes Conference Book, Scientific Program & ID card with your Name Tag.
• 2 Coffee Breaks & Lunch for the Conference Days.
• Certificate Appreciation by our Chair.

For Virtual Participants:

• Access to all Presentations
• E-Abstract Book & Scientific Program
• E-Certificate for Presentation or Participation

Cancellations or Refund Policy:

If you can’t attend the Webinar.

• Before 60 days of the Webinar: Eligible for a full refund but will deduct €100 as a service fee towards the Webinar.
• Before 45 days of the Webinar: Eligible for a 50% Refund.
• Before 30 days of the Webinar: Not eligible for a Refund.
• Discounted Registrations are not refundable.

Visa Information:

Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.
HK Conferences will not directly contact embassies on behalf of visa applicants. All Speaker/Delegates should apply for Business Visa only.
Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of HK Conferences, including the inability to obtain a visa.

Cancellation/ Postponement of Event:

HK Conferences has the right to make alterations to the Conference Program, Venue and Timings.
If the Conference/Webinar has been cancelled by HK Conferences a full refund will be made.
If the Conference/Webinar has been postponed or the dates being changed, the Organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the Speakers or Delegates.

Speakers Terms & Conditions:

HK Conferences may use the Speaker’s name and presentation materials for promoting delegate attendance at the conference.
Any acknowledgement regarding Copyright or support should be included at the end of the abstract/presentation, as these will be distributed to the conference delegates.
Speakers who do not wish to give permission for the above terms and conditions. Please email (director@hkconferences.com) before the commencement of the conference.
